Problem with laptop plz help

i just replace window 10 with 7 on my Dell  inspiron 11-3162

but i couldnt install the drivers 

the laptop doesnt come with a DVD drive

it cant detect my usb dvd dirve

it doesnt hv any driver installed 

so i cant use my usb memory or internet

is there anyway i can install drivers except taking the hard disk out

i still got the window.old file could i got anything like internet driver there

I'm sorry i dont know much about this , how does it work? my driver files are in exe cuz i lost the disk and i download them from dell's site.
