Wifi problem with phones

Hey i just got new internet provider (UPC) 
and i get this problem on my wifi, phones connect for a little bit but then from out of nowhere they will stop loading sites or apps stop working until restarted
is there any way to fix it can it be just some wrong settings ? 
im using the "connect box" provided by the company 
the phones having problems are: Samsung galaxy S5 and Huawei honor 7

wifi runs without any problems on my 2 laptops but i dont belive its problem with phones since there werent any problems with previous provider
