PhpStorm + Laravel = Class / Method not found

Hello, So most of the laravel components exists according to the IDE. but some does not, etc method create not found in Schema.

 

So I have tryed to fix this by adding that IDE helper, but this did 0 differences.

 

Could someone tell me how to do it so I can check if I have done it correclty? I'm using newest version of PhpStorm, Windows10 64bit, Laravel 5.4.
