Boot time increased by 60 seconds? Help

My pc's boot time has been inceased by 60 seconds, it is now 80 and was 20.

I am running a Samsung 850 Evo. After a random crash I had to reset my BIOS and now I have these bad loading times. It seems to be something in the BIOS that isn't right. i have tried booting with another windows disk and it takes the same amount of time.

I don't know what to do at this point. Can someone help me?

i7-5820k

msi x99a gaming 9

16 gb gskill

asus strix 980
