Drivers are stuck installing

I'm trying to install my drivers for my GTX 770 and it's stuck at about 85% and it's been there for a little bit and it's Installing the 3D Vision driver

And the hard drives were used in other systems

 

Another  nvidia tab was open therefore freezing the download so it's downloading as normal

Don't answer it's fixed

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500
