Issues with Raid 1, drives listed as "Degraded" and "Failed".

I have 3 WD 1Tb drives in my computer. Two are in Raid 1, mirror, and I use the other as my backup drive.

When I startup, one of my raid drives is listed as "Degraded", and the other as "Failed" as the BIOS screens flash by momentarily.

Yet, when I go into Windows after startup, and scan the drives, they come back as normal, and show no errors.

Do I really have a problem here? If so, how can I fix it?

I opened the pc up, to ensure all drives are properly plugged in, and they are. I also downloaded the Intel Rapid Storage Tech, but don't want to use it/change anything until I actually know what I'm doing. I also have performed a backup to an External Storage HardDrive.

What do I do next?
