Help! Can't install Windows 7

I just bought my new system and my Motherboard is an Asus B350 Plus.
When i boot up Windows 7 Installation from my USB my Mouse and Keyboard stop working and i can't press Next.
Why is this happening?

Have you tried using the PS2 or USB 2 port on your mobo?

What USB ports are you using? The ones on the case or the mobo I/O?

Try switching to the mobo USB ports.

Try to use the PS2 port for maximum compatibility. If you can't, then at least use the port on the motherboard. If you have "gaming" peripherals, try to use the most generic ones you can find instead.

Can you flash the BIOS over USB?

Well st this point I really cant think of much else other than to try with the PS2 port.
