Scaling in Windows 8.1

I have bought a 4K monitor today, but I can't get the scaling of Windows (8.1) right. I also have 2 1920x1080 monitors next to it. When I try to scale windows, either the 4k monitor is extremely small and the other 2 are normal, or the 4k is normal and the other 2 are extremely big. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
