Help with Front Panel Connectors?

Trying to install some connectors from my front panel on my motherboard.  the mobo and the mobo manual show what is what but I'm not sure what is ground and what is positive and what is positive and what is negative.  There is a little arrow on each.  I noticed Bitwit said he thinks the arrow is positive and the non arrow is ground?  in the case of the reset switch would this be the same?  Can anyone confirm?

For switches its shouldn't even matter and if their LEDs just guess and if your wrong turn it around.

Reset and power switches don't need to be oriented any particular direction, they just short the pins. You'll be fine.
