Desktop Icons Moving

Recently all of my desktop icons have all been moving to the left side of the screen, this mostly (but not always) happens when  I update to the latest version of Windows. This is of great annoyance to me due to having over 50 desktop icons (don't judge). Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

In case it's any help here are my specs:
Intel i7 5820k
AMD Radion RX 480

Sabertooth X99 MoBo

Samsung 850 EVO 1TB

ACERAC 27" LED K272HL MONITOR
