pay day 2 low gpu usage

Hi all, since payday2 is free on steam, i decided to download it, its a really fun game but my gpu usage is wayyyy too low, i have like 30% gpu usage and 50% cpu usage, this causes my fps to drop below 50

any advice ?

i5 6400

8gb ram

There shouldn't be a huge bottleneck with your system. Try to completely uninstall your Nvidia drivers using the Display Driver Uninstaller program, then reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers.
