Fallout 4 Lookup Failed!

got this wierd bug in fallout 4 today, raider settlement tab and supplies in stores are now called "LookupFailed!" and it's pretty safe to say it's by a mod or something else, just have some graphcis/texture mods and an enb,

 

what i was wondering if there is any perticular mod that causes this or is there any mods or something that can fix this? also will validating my game files mess up my mods?
