GTA San Andreas

Hey guys, so I felt a bit nostalgic the other day, so I installed GTA SA again (v1.0). I used to use a trainer, named GTA SA Control Center, I guess you're familiar with this program.  My only issue is, now that I'm running win10, the Control Center won't launch at all, not even in compatiblity mode.  I looked all over the place for a solution, but I just couldn't find one, so I ask you trusty LTT forum users to help me out with this one, you're my only hope.

google says you need vb runtimes installed. and you're supposed to start the game first and then start the control center. cant try it cuz i dont have gtasa installed in my work pc. but the control center isn't launching for me either. opens up in taskmanager but disappears a second later. so im guessing you need the game installed and open before opening the control center.
