New DC move trailer rant

I was at the move theater today watching the new Gardens of the Galixsey move when a trailer popped up for a new DC movie (which I am to lazy to look up the name) anyway, in the trailer it had the Flash but instead of having Grant Gustin playing him it was this weird dude, and I was like What the fudge Browne, who the bell is this guy and whey isn't Grant Gustin playing the flash.  Can someone please explain this to me.
