Gmail blocking me as spam.

hey guys so I have been using G-Mail as my main E-mail for work which means I send out a lot of e-mails every day with basically the same message.I have been getting blocked with this message every day though:

This happens after varying amounts of use.Sometimes I can send about 30 emails a day and sometimes like today my email got blocked after the first mail I sent.Is there any way to fix this or does G-Mail just not like it when you use it like this?

This one's fine, the initial post is greyed over and the links are blue. Actually the links are the only readable content.

 

Do you compose all your writing in another application then cut and paste to wherever its gota go?
