Reusing AIO radiators

AIO have alluminum rads, most people steer away from them as they don't want to mix metals.  They also don't have standard fittings so you'd have to figure that outz  not really worth the trouble.  This is the sort of thing someone would do because they are bored, not something to do to save money.
