Ryzen B350 overclocking

Do any B350 motherboards support Pstate overclocking. I asked Gigabyte if there is a way to do it on my motherboard and they said 

"unfortunately when overclocking P-state is not supported with the new BIOS, this is based on AMD new rule and we will need to design our bios according to  AMD rule"

Thats is word for word what they told me is this true?
