Gtx 780 modded bios

so i have a msi gtx 780 3GB twin froza gpu and im wondering if anyone has any 780 modded bios's or knows how to mod them with kbt or maybe someone still has a skyn3t bios out there. if not its all good just wondering because atm i modded my bios but it still says i have a power limit when i hit 80-100% power mark even tho my power slider in msi after burner can get up to 150% so feel like i missed something big. like atm no mater how much the power slider is moved up if i get above 100% power my memory clock will hop between 826mhz or so and whatever the memory clock i have it set to. also the core clock drops down a lot and im  guesing this is throttling due to a power issue but what i dont understand is why with the modded bios is the card not taken more power. this is where i think when i modded the bios i didnt change enough values to get the power value to go above 100%. any help would be much appreciated.
