ASUS P8Z77-M LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Does this motherboard have a fan controller?

I am planning on connecting 5 fans to my  Corsair Obsidian Series 350D Performance Micro ATX Computer Case with Windowed Side Panel CC-9011029-WW - Black with that motherboard listed on top and I just want to know if i should use Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition Twin Pack Fan (CO-9050002-WW) or Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Blue LED Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators.

There will be 2x140mm fans up front 2x120mm fans up top and 1x120mm fan in the back of the case. Will I be able to control the fans with this setup or if not is there a way i could.

Yes you will be able to control them using the motherboard. I would update your AI Suite 2 to AI Suite 3 as it is less buggy: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/38277-how-to-ai-suite-iii-on-z77-boards/

But you would have to get Y-splitters in order to use your 5 fans. The AF120 is a better choice imo. I would get Cougar Turbine 120mm fans since they are cheap and you can control them using the motherboard to make them quieter.

I am trying to stay around a black and blue color scheme for my setup

The motherboard has 3 x 4-pin chassis fan headers that can be used with 3 or 4 pin fans. The motherboard can be configured to control the fans or they can be controlled through the AI Suite software. The AF120 fans would be a good choice.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
