Hello. I'm having issues with my Warframe dropping frames almost every mission

My CPU load never hits above 70% and my GPU load fluctuates from 20-40%

Is there a way for me to remedy this issue?  Thanks!

Current setup I use now:

i5 2500

GTX 1060

8GB RAM

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X @4.3Ghz All-Core with Stock Cooler

Motherboard: Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming 4

RAM: Patriot Viper 32GB DDR4 RAM @3000Mhz

GPU: MSI Ventus RTX 2080 Super 8GB

PSU: Corsair RM750X 80+ Gold Fully Modular

Storage 1: Phison 500 GB NVME SSD

Storage 2: WD Blue 1TB NVME SSD

Case: Inwin 146 ATX Case

 

Peripherals

 

Mouse: Logitech G Pro X Superlight

Keyboard: Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition

Headset: Drop x Sennheiser PC38x

Monitor 1: LG 27GL850-B 1440p @144hz Nano-IPS Monitor

Monitor 2: Asus VG248Q 1080p @144hz Gaming Monitor

Monitor 3: Asus VG259Q 1080p @144hz IPS Gaming Monitor

Check your in game settings, as well as your GPU utility application. It could be a few things. It could either be your cpu is thermal throttling, or the fact that its a 7 year old quad core. Most likely like another guy i just replied to, your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu from reaching its full potential.

Would it help if I try maxing everything out?

Make sure you disable 64 bit mode and don't use physX. I had issues with those in the past up to the point of my video drivers crashing

most likely no, because your cpu will only allow your gpu to work so much until for instance your CPU is at 100 percent load and your GPU is sitting at 30 Percent. This doesn't help much of anything but spike your temps. Uprade your cpu to a more modern, well rounded chip to fully utilize all of your gpu and in return have better fps and performance overall on your pc
