A little background info while I am checking into this farther please.

-Are you asking because you want only data service on the phone?

-Do you already have a talk/text plan with another company?

-Is it an unlocked or Tmobile phone?

okay, I think you understood the question. Basically I was asking if you wanted the Tmobile to service only the data plan to the device.

With an unlocked iPhone, you should be able to use the Tmobile simcards on it, so you are good there.

Without spending time on the phone with Tmobile tech, it seems like this (http://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/mobile-internet.html#tab-navigation) is what you are looking for, as a data only plan. Though, you could just get a plan with Tmobile and run that, as their mobile plans all have unlimited talk, Text, and Data for $50 (500MB @ 4G then it slows, you can get 2.5GB 4G for $60 and unlimited 4G for $70). It is going to cost almost the same as getting a data only plan.

If you are referring to Tmobile, actually look at the plans. All of the Data plans are unlimited now, but they limit th eamount of data you can get at 4G speed (where available, but take that with a grain of salt, cause I get 4G 30 miles from the nearest city). Here is the page to look at on that: http://www.t-mobile.com/cell-phone-plans/individual.html
