Bitspower blocks warranty

So, back in december, I bought a block from my local watercooling shop (well, local... the only one I know in Canada, its still 20h drive away from me) and now it's failing on me, it has RGB lighting (pretty jankie if you ask me) but since I redid my cable management, the lights wont come back on, and it smells like burnt electronics... I rechecked all my wiring and it's not my fault, all the contacts are properly in place and nothing is touching it... now that plus the fact there was a missing screw in the box... (it was just for the backplate, so I didn't bother to complain) I want to RMA it to bitspower... BUT HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO THAT??? they have beautiful watercooling products but one hella jankie website.... 


TL;DR : how to RMA with bitspower?

Im in canada, they're in Taiwan... 

I just want a replacement block, not give back my whole PC...

I've just emailed their sales rep from their headquarters... let's see where this goes... I feel like this is going to be painful...

Maybe I should become their North American's sales rep lol xD
