I have designed a pc build for gaming and I was wondering how I could make it better I also plan it to use to stream. For around the same price.

Get EVGA G2/GQ PSU instead

That SSD is really expensive

Bigger cooler, something like a Cryorig H7 would do better

Why not an ASUS motherboard with ASUS Strix 1080 to match the RGB theme and sync together? Strix is also a areally amazing gpu.

Looks pretty good, though you could probably get a better deal with a different SSD.
 

Ryzen 7 CPUs are pretty great for streaming, so you should be fine in that department (also - you can save quite a bit on the RAM if you don't need your aesthetics as much)
