Safe DDR4 Training voltage?

Hello guys!

I'd like to know what would be a safe Training voltage? will high training voltage damage cpu controller? or only the main Dram voltage could?

I've tried googleing it but couldn't find an answer.

Using G.Skill Ripjaws V, currently 3600Mhz 14-15-15-32   1.44V Dram, 1.38V Training, VCCIO 1.19, VCSSA 1.2V

Im quiet stable, but maybe to grant full stability i'd need 1.4V training, question again, whats safe?

And about the Dram voltage, my dram got a chip that doesn't overheat, basically its 39.5C on 1.35V and on 1.5V (under heavy load).

Did you make this work? I have stable OCed RAM 3200CL14, but can't boot every time from cold boot. It fail training.
