I noticed something very strange with my pc. Yesterday, I was transferring a 64GB File from my external HDD and it froze and stopped transfering. I decided to cancel the transfer and my pc locked up. I decided to restart windows explorer and all I got was a black screen. I decided to crtl+alt+del and restart the PC. The PC sat and restarted for 10 minutes before I hit the instant reset button. I restarted the PC and the BIOS splash screen sat there for 30seconds, not doing anything. I turned my PSU off and help the power button for 30 seconds and restarted it. Then I was prompted with the message 'Overclock Failure, Please enter BIOS.' I've had the same CPU/RAM OC for 7 Months, no issue or stability issues. I then decided to click exit without making any changes. Then it booted fine. I then replugged in my external HDD and its dead. My external HDD was completely dead and it would not initialize at all. It detects the drive in Device manager, but the partions aren't loading. So I just decided to send it in. But then today I noticed a strange issue with my desktop and I am wondering if its related. Here is the issue:
