HP 450 Graphics Card

After I upgraded the HP 450 laptop from win8.1 to win10, all softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and other games won't use the graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series even if I turn them on in the switchable graphics option, I set them as High Performance. So I ended up downgrading to Win8.1 again.
