A error on my laptop

What laptop, what Windows version, when does this error occur. Can you get to the login screen?

It's the dell inspiron 15 3000 series something like that and the os is windows 7. 

I was talking to my friend in steam and he told me to watch a stream then suddenly it got stuck and turned off by itself
