Don't get blower design cards, Get the Armor OC If possible, Or the Zotac AMP.

 

They are much better cooler designs and get rid of heat (From the card) faster.

 

Though if you are in a tiny case, do get the Aero card.

Blowers aren't that bad. They're best for SFF cases though.
