When i turn on my pc, theres error appear 'Cannot display this video mode, change computer display input to 1920x1080@60hz'. I am using 1920x1080 before this happen.

this happen only when im using graphic card as my display. I can enter bios but theres some green line on the interface as u can see in the picture.

Really need help on how to fix it

update 1: tried using tv with hdmi. no display at all just blackscreen.

os : windows 8.1

cpu : pentium g4400

mobo : h110m-k

gpu : r9 270x

the green lines can be the result of a bad cable or just a loose connections.  They can also be from gpu problems.  I would start by swapping out the cable or trying a different connection on your gpu. 

 

Also is your card a 290 flashed to a 290x or is it actually a 290x?

 

And if you cant get into windows because of this you can boot into safe mode and remove the drivers and it should work after that

i dont have extra cable but i already try to use tv with hdmi cable.

no display at all. my card is 270x.

How to boot  into safe mode? im using windows 8.1
