Constantly getting an error with home cloud storage.

So I built my home cloud today, with 500GB of storage to start with planned upgrades in the future.

 

I got as far as connecting all of our computers, and I can remote to each computer back and forth.

The problem arises as to when I attempt to delete a file or initiate a file on another computer.

If I attempt to delete a file on remote, or over simply going into the files (I can view files of all computers with no problem)

then it gives me the error "You require permission from {insert computer name here} to access files.

I have double checked advanced sharing and file sharing IS turned on.

Any help would be great.

 

EDIT- I will add it says "failed to emanulate files in this folder"
