ok, the new PC that NCIX built is being set up. Have the old GPU and HDD's installed into it. Installing new software on Win 10 and thank goodness, most legacy programs still run fine on it. Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Lightroom all work, yeah! Now to figure out iTunes as I need to sort out backup folders, media folders both were moved away from the C drive and have multiple backups of iOS devices. If you have ever done this, you will know the backup folder reside inside AppData and cannot be moved but a symbolic link /mklink has to be used to trick itunes to using another drive other than C drive to store backups. Stupid move Apple.

So after I get all of the software install, I will tackle the printer. It's an old Dell all in one laser that is business class and is still chugging along. Let's hope Win 10 discovers it once I plug it in. Pretty sure it will install drivers but I wonder if Win 10 has a PDF scanner. Pretty sure the old PaperPort scanner software that came with the unit won't install well in Win 10.

After that, what else should I do or test. Run some benchmarks maybe? If so, which one?
