H440 not S340, bigger case with better airflow. 

Also you don't need thermal paste, some comes in the box. 

Also 7700k and compatible board is as good.

OP'll have to remove the front drive cages as the card would hit it in the H440

That of a high end board should have bios update w/o cpu else go with MSI arctic z270

If you must use Corsair fans, then consider the ML series w/ white LED.

It is always a good idea to keep some spare handy in case maintenance is required though.

@Freezanator, My budget is anything below 3k, I really like the S340 but I am worried about the second gpu. Also @Droidbot I pretty sure the NZXT Kraken X62 doesn't come with Pre Applied Thermal Paste
