Is there a way ( In Windows 10 ) to have a .avi file say as your desktop background/lock screen? Thank you!

it's intelligent - it stops actually animating when you're playing games or when another process wants more performance

... I'm going to look into it when I get home from work. If it's really that awesome, I might just get it since it's not really very expensive. Thanks man for the recommendation.
