SNT Sticky notes file .

Hello , i recently put in a new hard drive and want to swap the sticky notes from the old drive to the new drive . Both drives have windows 10 , my second drive use to be win 7 pro before upgrading . I can find the Sticky notes file location on the old drive but not the new drive any one know the possible location for windows 10 or a program that will read the SNT file and tell me the content .
