Noiseblocker eLoop in pull, problem?

I'm getting a modified Parvum L1.0: http://www.parvumsystems.com/product/l1-0-atx

Half the radiator fans will need to be mounted in pull on radiator or the case it self.

 

Meaning I need to know if the washers that comes with solves the problem of the fan blades hitting what its mounted to.

I also need to know how much extra thickness that adds, 2mm?

 

Also, is the B12-1 too weak for a 60mm radiator, even in push-pull? B12-2 is not available, for some reason, but B12-3, B12-PS and B12-P are.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.
