VoiceMeter Banana Help

Hello!

 

I'm trying to grab audio from a soundboard program called 'Jingle Palette' and pass it through VoiceMeter Banana to make my friends on Discord hear it as well as hearing my microphone. Except I'm confused on using VoiceMeter Banana. Can anyone provide help and information on achieving what I want?

CPU: Intel Core i7 8700  

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070

MOBO: ASUS Z370-F STRIX  

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2133MHz
