Help creating a single slot gpu cooling solution

I'm looking to use an old 6670 in my other computer. I have a 650Ti Boost in right now and I want to use both in the same system (not for better performance obviously)

 

Problem:

The case only has one more card slot. The 6670s io only takes up one of the slots but the fan takes up two. my old broken air 240 houses the pc with wn h87 mobo with pcie slots in undesired places. That only gives me the top slot and that wont work without removing my nic. I also don't want to spend more than $10 on materials.

 

I have a 3d printer and thought about printing a 'shroud' for airflow but thats all I got right now.
