Micro Usb OTG Flash Drive

There was a nano Micro USB Flash Drive that i saw once on one of the techtuber channels (Unbox Therapy, Austin Avans, LinusTechTips, Ect.) that was so small it was basically just the Micro Connector, would anyone happen to know what im talking about and where i could possibly find one? Or something similar to the picture i included, that is low profile and not in the way for a good Storage solution for phones without a Micro Sd card slot?
