Hyper Clack Tactile Keyboard problem

Hi, I didn't really know where else to turn seeing how Tech support hasn't responded over 2 days. I just got a new mechanical keyboard the http://hyperkinlab.com/hyper-clack-tactile-mechanical-keyboard-for-pc-hyperkin/. Whenever I hold a key down a key it stops after a few seconds, I found this when playing battlefield 1 and I would be running and then stop dead in my tracks, so I tested this. I went on http://www.keyboardtester.com/ and held down "W" and saw that yes it did stop after a few seconds, then I tried this with every other key and saw this was apparent. I've also tried turning off n key rollover, and anti ghost. http://imgur.com/a/FRif5
