GTX 1070 performance

i just put a 1070 in my system (i5 4690k, 8gb ram, gigabyte 1070) and playing watchdogs i see no performance increase on watchdogs 2 (from a gtx 970) the exact same settings are being used. both card averaging around 40-50 fps @2560x1080/ gta v i have noticed an increase in fps. at ultra.

Maybe CPU bottleneck...

Because the 1070 is close to 60% more performance... in some games you can have 2X more fps...

Watch dogs is a rather unoptimized game as far as I know
