My build:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MtYGnn

I have a questions about fans on my gpu. when i play csgo i get around 60-90 fps while a friend of mine with exactly the same pc build gets +300fps at all times. when i look at the gpu fans they are not rotatin at all. i have notice that when i play other games then they do rotate. now i know they only will spin if the card gets hot enough, but only one fan will start spining while the other does nothing. sometimes 1 fan will spin and the other just start for 1 sec and then stop. is this normal or what.

You might have to change your setting in nvidia panel...

That's typically a problem with either the BIOS you're using for your card or the fan profile on your GPU. Both are very simple problems to fix. :D

Also, if you're dumping the kind of money I think you are on this build, grab a Fractal Design Define R5 instead.

Then adjust your fan profiles. It seems like that's where the problem is.
