It is an extremely expensive device, but you are paying for portability with extreme power. The only reason why I am even considering dropping that much is because I need a portable powerhouse for what I do. Obviously building a system is much cheaper, but I don't have much of a choice when it comes to laptops.

It seems that you are making the right decision. I think the only laptop that is more powerful than that is the x2 gtx 1080 Sager that Linus tested a while back, and that thing needed 2 power bricks. It was is also about double the thickness of the blade pro.

I remember that one, it looked like a frickin 1990s era laptop, soo thicc.
