More like 125ms difference between my audio and video synchronization. Any ideas on how to remedy this? I'm looking for a way to delay the audio maybe? I ran the test using both my bose headphones and the TV's speakers. The delay is greater with the headphones and is much more noticeable than the TV speakers.

Its likely a setting in your TV/receiver creating the additional video lag. Your TV/receiver may have an option for audio delay.

The audio video sync issue is LESS from the TV speakers than from headphones plugged into the desktop. The audio is arriving early on the headphones so I assume the video is late to the TV. I believe I'm looking for  a setting PC side.
