Audio arriving early issue.

So I recently acquired a 48' 4k tv I use as an additional monitor that is rated at peaking around ~30ms input lag. I'm noticing more though. More like 125ms difference between my audio and video synchronization. Any ideas on how to remedy this? I'm looking for a way to delay the audio maybe? I ran the test using both my bose headphones and the TV's speakers. The delay is greater with the headphones and is much more noticeable than the TV speakers.

Its likely a setting in your TV/receiver creating the additional video lag. Your TV/receiver may have an option for audio delay.

Currently on PC mode. Will test again w game mode momentarily.

The audio video sync issue is LESS from the TV speakers than from headphones plugged into the desktop. The audio is arriving early on the headphones so I assume the video is late to the TV. I believe I'm looking for  a setting PC side.
