Needing Help Upgrading my PC

So Currently I am wanting to upgrade my PC.

Current Specs

Case: Corsair 750D

Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45
Graphics Card: MSI GTX 660
Processor: Intel i5-4570
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
SSD: Sandisk Ultra II 250Gb
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 8gb
Power Supply: EVGA 750W G2

 

What i want in the new computer is that i can stream/record/edit and play games on the highest settings while streaming/recording  mainly need help on CPU /Motherboard

Motherboard: (Not Sure Waiting on what cpu)
Graphics Card: GTX 1070
Processor: Intel i7-6700k OR i7-6800k
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo(Use form old computer)
SSD: Sandisk Ultra II 250Gb(Use form old computer)
RAM: Kingston Fury 16gb
Power Supply: EVGA 750W G2(Use form old computer)

Your rig is still good all you would  have need is a graphics card update and some ram and Hard drive for your game if you don't have one .

Well i am already ordering ram and a new GPU the main the is which CPU i should get i know there both really great CPU's and the 6800k will do what i want excellently but would the 6700k do all the stuff i want smoothly with ease

Play it safe go with 6800k if you know it will do what you want.
