2 New builds

So the only issue I am having is OSX support on a GTX 1070 card does not exist yet and my fiancee wants OSX dual boot onto her PC.  Otherwise these are the builds I am looking at:

 

Core I7-6700K

MSI H170I Pro AC Mini ITX

2x8GB Gskill 3200MHz Trident Ram

MSI GTX 1070 (white/black)

Crucial MX300 525GB SSD

Phanteks Enthoo ITX White

EVGA G2 550W 80+ Gold PSU

NZXT Kraken X41 Cooler

5x SP140 White LED Fans

Gigabyte Z170 G1 Gaming Mini ITX

2x8GB Gskill 3200MHz Ripjaw V Series Red

MSI GTX 1070 (Red/black)

Crucial MX300 525GB SSD

NZXT Kraken X41 Cooler

I don't plan on overclocking but I wanted the faster stock/boot clock on the CPU.  But my real question is, how long until Sierra supports Pascal GPU's?
