Pre-Built PC blue screening while logging in

The PC is a pre built Dell Inspiron 560 that my mom has been using since 2009. The only specs i can get would be the processor, which is a core 2 duo E7500 , 8gb of ram, and a 300 watt power supply. Whenever I try to log on, it will blue screen before i can press enter. I can only get onto it using safe mode, but safe mode with networking will crash it. I have updated all networking drivers, and the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
