Need some advice / help with (pc/xsplit)

So lets start my problem from "last" setup

CPU amd phenom x6 1090t

GPU 560ti

MOBO asus m4a77t (some random, at point when im buy that setup just need support cpu)

RAM some random 8gig kingston 1333

HDD wd black 1tb for dump stuff, + 1 old 250 gb hdd for boot^

PSU 850watt (yea i know that overkill but i have that for rlly nice price)

monitor 1920x1080

The main game what I'm playing - World of Tanks

get on avarage setting without stream or xsplit run 60+ fps

just start xsplit = drop my fps to <45

start stream drop even more

ill try upgrade cpu/mobo and add some capture card

"little" upgrade was:

CPU - 3770k @4.2 got (~60 degree on full load with prime95)

mobo - mpower z77

capture card - avermedia live gamer hd

now i can run game on ultra settings without stream and get ~80+ fps

run xsplit with no drop in fps

start stream on ultra i got <15 drops and its not what im whanna

for normal stream+game fps need change setup to avg-high (and even some effects just off, water tree and grass)

setting for the xsplit for source im using avermedia. and encoding with my cpu

stream runs only at 720p 25fps cuz when im set it to 1080 then im can't play even with avg setups

and last part is... what I need do/change for improve fps and stream quality?
