Dota 2 CPU usage 100%

When I play dota 2 my cpu usage spike to 100% and my GPU is only at 50% to 60%. that cause my fps to drop from 120 to 60 to 70.

 

CPU: intel pentium g3260 2 cores 2 threads

GPU: GTX 750ti

 

is this bottleneck? or driver problem of the GPU im at the latest update of the driver. Or is there any other configuration to fix this.

I don't think so, the game is heavy on your CPU.

While your GPU holds up fine.

so it means that its normal for a pentium to overload like that in dota 2 max settings?

if i upgrade to i3 4170 will it not be spike to 100%?
