The x62 is a new and very good and sexy cooler, but really, any 280mm aio you've heard of should be good unless it's like the cheapest on ebay or something. Do whatever fits your budget and what you think would look great, since most of the 280mm aio's are good. Just check a temp chart of which cooler has the best temps for the buck.

if the option of expandability and custom loop performance appeals to you and price is not an issue, go with the predator 280 its a really impressive aio with price and slightly thicker rad being only cons.

price is a bit much, and not worried about expanding the loop, just using it to cool the cpu

alright then. the new x62 is an excellent choice. i would consider swapping out the fans for some noctuas as silence is a priority in your case and im not too confident in the stock fans. try them out first and then see if you want other fans. i would like to point out that if you are getting that cooler to set the fans to react to the liquid temp as they will get noisy at low temps as OC3D pointed out in his review.

great idea :) get some of those chromax shock absorbers while youre at it in the colour u want or just take off the stock poop coloured ones and youre set. the fractal venturi series are also a great static pressure fan thats all black. you can also consider the corsair ML series

cheers, im relly looking at 140mm black fans, and so any that are quiet and have good static pressure for the rad are good, then like 1-3 others with good airflow for anywhere else

i think the fractal venturi is your go to. they are all black and have both pressure and airflow series. they also have a dynamic series which is a mix of both and could be useful for the roof of the evolv atx which can be restrictive.

alright. that may be a concern as well. see which one of those fits your scenario the best and go for it. also consider price as the new ml series is very expensive and not too good of a value imo. the venturi series seems to be the best option with its understated aesthetic.
