Is all correctly connected? Checked those codes wath they mean near the end? Seems it does a partially boot. Is RAM placed properly?

Did you reseat the cooler? Maybe the paste went wrong, probably just the RAM but could explain why the PC wont even start, AMD processors run hot after all and could just shutdown due to heat? I have no idea to be honest usually just taking it apart and redoing it sometimes eliminates all the possibilities of a build error.

Why remove CPU and cooler for I/O shield? I asume he only took the GPU out and unscrewed the mobo so he could take it out?

It is a rad, so hard to get at the back with it in. I found the problem.

Oh i thought you might've completely disassembled it and redone paste for temp reasons, but yeah glad its fixed.
